I have got an replacement but the same issue still occur. Any suggestions as to what I should do?
I am thinking about getting as monitor with displayport but how can i test and ensure it's not my video card that's not outputing the video?

XFX HD5850 cannot recognise dp adapter at boot up
Hi,
I have XFX HD5850
From left to right
DVI -> VGA : 1024*768
DP -> Wicked Wired Active DP to DVI adaptor -> DVI : 1920*1200
DVI: 1280*1024
The issue is whenever I shut down for more than 2 hours, when I boot up again, the DP cannot be recognized. I have to replug the DP adaptor ...
