The GPU Core Clocks jump as expected from 400MHz(idle) to 1000MHz(load). The memory Clock doesn't change.
I found something interesting. It seems that when the fps drop below 60(and my monitors are running at 60hz), the tearing starts on all 3 monitors, and when Im pushing 60 it only happens on ...

Well, tearing now only
Well, tearing now only happens on my left monitor(miniDP->DVI).. Guess I celebrated too soon. 1 tearing monitor is better than 3 at least.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
By accident, I changed my windows theme, and the tearing was gone! I use XFX 7970 Black edition. Try windows 7 basic. If I switch back to windows 7 standard theme, the tearing comes back. I'm only using Windows 7 basic theme from now on^^ I use 1 DVI->DVI, 1 HDMI->DVI and 1 miniDP->DVI
