| Thanks for the well thought out reply :) I kinda get the jist of TN panels and also Dithering in other panels, but i think there has been little to no?? discussion on use of 6bit on IPS. Im deciding if the panel has overdrive or some Faroudja processing to blame instead on it since it is only a 6ms ... |

I'm thinking about getting a Sager Maxed out notebook. What do you think of them?
ASUS is also an option.
I'll be using it as a music production DAW but gaming when im taking a break. |

| if TN panels can't display all the colors accurately how is it possible to have 95% gamut? Does it still have banding? The new wave of LCD screens for Notebooks are 95% gamut. | It has been already answered that E IPS monitors are sometimes 6 bit. But Googling " S-IPS 6-bit" Found me no answers. Out of 50 pages i went through, only ONE page reports this new monitor I have as 6 bit and the rest including the manufacturer page have hidden the amount of colors the monitor prod... |
