Hey there.

First thanks for the hard work on the fix.
I wanted to ask something about the Black ops 2 plugin: Is there anyway to add an option to toggle the crosshairs (it's for single player) as it just makes the game much more enjoyable for me.

We used to be able to toggle it in the options/cfg ...

I just tested it again using exactly what you posted, but it still doesn't work for me. I don't get it, but I'm going to rely on your tool since it works flawlessly and
I don't mind waiting a couple of days.

EDIT: Tested it with your method in the config.cfg (bind P "cg_drawCrosshair 0"), set it to read only, it doesn't work. Nothing I ...

That's odd, I was under the impression that all crosshair related changes in the .cfg failed to remove it, did you try it yourself? All forum posts I could find during my searches turned up negative.

Well actually the only COD game I haven't been able to enjoy without crosshairs so far is Black Ops... So I'm eagerly awaiting your no crosshairs single player BO plugin.

Do you plan on making no-crosshair versions of your COD plugins after you update?

The donation drive has been a huge success, and I will be receiving three monitors shortly. When they arrive, I will be revisiting all old CoD games and fixing pretty much everything I can with them. I'll post here as soon as I have something to release for it.

They updated it to 1.2.361 and then rolled it back to 1.2.359, nice to know Quallity Assurance is doing their job, lol.
The guy with the 5:4 resolution, how did you fix your FOV ? i mean does it still look streched in any way ?

thales actually requested a plugin to remove the crosshair so I did one just for him. Since it seems to be more popular than just him, when I do release a new version of Widescreen Fixer with more options, I will add in the ability to remove the crosshair. I hope to revisit all old CoD games ...
