Glad you got it working. I thought, after our little troubleshooting session last night, that a re-install was going to be needed. My guess is that some information was cached and needed to be removed, maybe a reg entry.

i deleted the game and cleaned the registry by hand ...

hahaha XD yeah! i deleted everything and installed it all over again. then i added the skyrimpref that thales100 posted and wola ! it works <3 thank you thales100

Have you tried to disable fullscreen so it runs in window mode and keep the same resolution? Is the result the same?

yeah tried just now at 5760x1080 windowed. still the same problem

everything in windows and other games work Correctly. when i start skyrim without any fix. all is normal in the menu beside the huge logo and big text. normal right. when i get in the game it loads the image like in the pic i posted. by "streched" i mean. when you play on surround the side monitors ...

the skyrimpref file did nothing :(

So it seems like the center monitor is all the way to the right.i have done everything possible to fix this and nothing works. fix or no fix different rez nothing works the layout is allways the same.where the center monitor is suppose to be there is the right monitors streched picture.
