Actually you could let go the TH2Go, as I did (I own a analog and a digital one)
I recently upgraded to a 690 GTX, (SLI card) and it has 4 outs.
3 are DVIs
1 is DP (display Port)

I can play same as TH2Go, and I have another small screen on the DP (using DP to DVI)

Regarding ps3, you could play Grand Tourismo 5 on the 3 projectors you have.
But... (always is...)
You need 3 ps3 and one copy of the game.

There is a mode to play GT5 on 3 screens, with 2 consoles being slaves to the main one.
