follow this for the people that say the screen is slanted and very zoomed:

antialasing : OFF
anistoropic filtering:16

advanced tab:
Texture quality: High
Radial Blur quality: High
Shadow Detail: Ultra
Decal Quality: Ulta

Start the fix ( right click, run as admin ), enter the offset, hit execute injection, start ...

have tried both of the fixes (temporary one and skyrimuw) neither one worked for my setup. still get slanted and shadows all messed . did get the menu centered. can someone please help
