Have tried 0.4A and everything works well except the lockpicking is very zoomed in, I will also try 0.4B and let you know if I see any issues.

crossfire tip

A little off topic but for anyone running a Crossfire rig and still having performance issues running off one GPU, you dont actually have to remove your second card but just disable it in device manager instead. I jumped from running at 35ish fps with some horrid dips to 60.

Looks like it was a video

Looks like it was a video card issue, swapped the cards and it now works perfectly.... strange that it only occurs when eyefinity is on, but is going well now.
