I've been thinking about the use of HOR+ for modern game FOV scaling. It's common knowledge that 16:9 monitors are more suitable for gaming than 16:10 because the latter will have less horizontal FOV, but what I want to know is why stop at 16:9? 2560x1440 = 1.77:1 (3,686,400 pixels) 2560x1080 = 2.37...
