Can you get 3d surround with Eyefinity?

I'm still not sold on 3D, but I've not ruled it out as a possibility yet either. I was thinking about going Nvidia for my new system to have both options available, but I see that 3d is enabled on the new AMD cards. Yet, I can't find a clear answer if it works together with the Eyefinity surround ...
