I'm so confused right now.
The Universal Screen Patcher didn't help, if I did it right.
And the hex thingamajig only makes me more confused. Am I supposed to patch the game with USP before tampering with the ini?
Also, if you're kind enough, post step bt step instructions for newbies ...
