I would suggest to download the latest Catalyst Driver setup (12.8 at present) and manually uninstall your old 11.09 drivers before installing ...

Previous version (1.0.8 ) was not closing properly on my system but 1.0.9 seems absolutely fine for me... Only problem I have is Max Payne 2 is not detected by FW - I should have pointed this out ages ago - apologies for not letting you know sooner.

Suggestions I can make;

1 - Connect your Centre screen by Displayport and your Side screens by DVI and retry the Surround configuration through NVidia Settings. Bezel correction can be done later.
