it's not working for me either and my status section shows similar info.

i am using the 12.10 drivers as any newer versions don't let me enable eyefinity

I found a fix for the player icons by turning 1 of my screens off while the game is running and after you hear the device disconnect sound turn it back on. The only downside is the HUD is not centered.

Im using a 5870 so im not sure if it will work for nvidia users.
