I have a Eyefinity setup for about 4 years (first a 6950 and now a 7950 icm i5 3570 - 8gb). My screen res. is 3x1 5760x1080.
I'm still able to play most games, i don't care about settings like Ultra, high or 16x aa. But nowdays I notice that the graphic card is becoming a problem ...

Another question, is it possible to setup a configuration with 3 screens (1920x1080) + (1920x1080) and on (1650x1050)??? Because i would like to play games with a 3 ...

I have some problems with my Sapphire HD6950 (dirt3 edition).

I have two Dell u2311 monitors connected with the DVI connector. The third screen (samsung b2233) is connected with dvi -> dp connector.
Windows recognizes all 3 screens, but i can only make 2 active. I can swith from 2 dell ...

Thank you all for the comments. The advantage might be that I will place the 2 monitors on the left and right into a slight angle, so my main screen will be a TN panel with fast response. So my guess is that with your comments I will not be able to spot the difference :)

I did some more research and descided to go probably for a bit more expensive IPS panel from Dell. Dell Ultrasharp U2311H. Because the beter viewing angle and because it's one of the few screen i found within budget with a DP connector.
