Set it to fullscreen windowed and it still gets all laggy.

Hello all-
I have an AOC 24" monitor as my main display I also want to hook up my old monitor a 19" samsung. I have the AOC hooked up with an HDMI cable and the 19" with a DVI.
Running 11.2 ccc. Both monitors are up and when I play Rift on my main display and go over to the other to browse ...
