my Asrock Extreme7 Gen3 supports 3way-crossfire; GPU-Z sees 2 GPUs.

Nope, Crossfire and SLI limits are 4 GPUs, if you have dual GPU cards then you can only connect two of them together to get the 4 GPUs.

on resolution 3840*1024, with the steam version, no need to touch to the display options, the game is launched directly on eyefinity. But on 5400*1920, no way to launch like this but, if you put 3.000*800 with the config setup at the beginning of the game, launch is OK.

You might have done more research before you had your idea. The ports in an Eyefinity grouping must all be from the same video card. Maybe there is some language barrier where English isn't your first language. I already replied to you any configuration of 5830 will not give you Eyefinity 5x1P ...

Excuse me but i've got TWO graphic cards, 2* HD5830 (today, crossfire enable).

My idea :

1 screen on DP
1 on the 2nd DP
3 on DVI
