Installed the prober cables you said below, the center screen shows as usual but the other two just remain black. I run the Ati software Catalist shown below but only 2 screens show. Tried all the variables in it without success. Uninstalled & installed the drivers 2-3 times. Don't know what to do n...

Then I connected that S-DVI-D cable to the HTMI socket on the card & both screens now show OK.

Hopefully when I get 2 proper DVI cables & connect them to the DVI sockets of the card & the monitors I may get all 3 screens working.

Good news,

Managed to run FSX OK with different drivers from the CD in the box.

I am geting there bit by bit.

I have an S-DVI-D cable & tried it but shows nothing on the screen, & is OK with my VGA one + adaptor the card side. .......nick

one obstacle over, which the vendors could not clear, now I must find out why FSX did not want to start with one monitor on ATI 5770 Flex installed.

Fantastick, Bless you friend, is it just that simple?, it makes me feel so stupid, I was drowning in a cup of water. If you could spare a bit more time, why in your learnet opinion the first one mine its black DVI has no pins round the flat pin, & the 2nd one has. Surely cannot be manufacturing mist...

Overclockers verified to me:-

1. that Ati Radeaon 5770 Flex will run FSX, it does not !!.

2. that all cables needed for 3 screens are in the box, none usable was found, & 4 cables needed extra £100.

Thanx Ghostwire, The vendor, Overclockers, promised that all necessary cables for 3 screens are in the box but there is nothing usable in the sealed box. Could you please use "idiot's approach" to show me which cables I should use & what type of plug/socket should be in each end, as I am atter newby...

I got the 5770-Flex to use 3 monitors for fsx. The connections info is very limited for my knowledge, please look the attached screen shots & see if you can help me as to what goes where. Thanx, I visited Maplin, el.shop in UK, for an Ati 5 series, they have the 5770 £125, but they suggested that I stay with my GeForce 9800 GTX (PCI-E) & buy a "SVAG 4 way splitter" £45, to come out of the VGA socket & into 2 of my dell monitors, & the 3rd monitor out of other socket of the Grfx card ...
