Can you not have the game populate the resolution list in-game from what is supported in the CCC/NCP/Windows resolution list?

It should already support it. I don't have the hardware to test with, but we've run the game in windowed mode and gotten it to span across two monitors successfully. The resolution settings are stored in the registry as separate X and Y values. As long as you put in a resolution supported by your ...
