I thought I would join the crowd here! with the exact but, I even changed (not the only reason) my ATI 3650 card for that reason!
So ASUS 3650 + driver 9.12 = crippled mouse cursor!
and now Saphirre 5500 with 10.6 = mouse bug as well
I can tell you one thing for sure: definately related to ...
