Install and now running for 48 hours.. no issues.
Everything is clear. No flickering. No monitor that may or may not come up from sleep.
This replaced the dongle I bought from overseas ...

I have a XFX 5770 Also. I play World of Warcraft in ultra settings fine. (except in Dal of course)
I tried Crysis Warhead.. if I have it under "gamer mode" it bogs to about 20-24 FPS.. if i select "enthusiast" setting.. i get above 40 on average.

I just d/l 10.5 and tried it with my setup.. Still have the same issue. It does come up and work when the monitor switches resolution or waking up from sleep.

Well I just tried it.
Did not fix my Eyefinity issue with my dell/bizlink adapter. I'm going to return my bizlink adapter.
