...The interesting thing is that Race 07 works great with Eyefinity. I didn't have any of the graphical issues that I had with the demo. Even the menu is fixed, and not stretched like it was in the demo.

Re: FSX Full Screen and/or Windowed Screen
I'm glad you got somewhere with this. I can't really comment as I never use bezel management for anything. I prefer being able to see the whole picture as I tend to ignore the monitor surround while gaming.

Re: 6000 cards and MS Flight Simulator X
Yea, I am not looking not so much as in improvement in FPS, but more of any issues like texture tearing, stuttering, flashes, and severe drops in FPS while in the clouds... things like that. Especially Eyefinity issues as I will be going at least (3) 24" screens..

Re: 10.10's are out!
Anyone got any findings about 10.10 and 10.10a with the following config:
2x 5970's in quadfire / CrossfireX running eyefinity on F1 2010 and Dirt 2?
I'm struggling to run with both cards in the machine, but can achieve nearly 55FPS with a single card.

Re: 10.10's are out!
Agreed - the thing that gets me is; I played Crysis on an X1950XTX @ 1920x1200 on High settings at first... ran perfectly. It was only when I hit the first "snow" bit (after finding the first alien that was not-quite-dead) when FPS nosedived and I had to turn it down the medium. There, I completed ...

Re: Sell my 5970,Buy 2 x 6870 ?
I would wait for the HD69xx ones, at the very least.
I have a HD4870x2 in another PC and it still compares well to my HD5870. So if you accept that the HD68xx are actually 67xx in terms of placement, then you are kind of going to get much further from doubling up two HD69xx in future, or buying ...

Now you know how it feels to buy a product from Apple.

Re: 10.10's are out!
No, I don't think so. AMDs roadmap for graphics has had the 6000 series released at approximately this time for quite a while... and these cards are codenamed "Barts" (not barf ) much like the high-end chips are codenamed "Cayman" - they're named after islands... ATi/AMD have had a very ...

Re: 10.10's are out!
From what I've seen, ATi has "fixed" crossfire with the new 6xxx series (almost 100% increase), but I have yet to see anything from sites about Eyefinity, let alone Eye+Xfire.

Re: 10.10's are out!
Terrific, and I just replaced 10.4 with 10.9 yesterday
I noted no change on games I play, I just did it as it's been a few cycles since my last driver update.
I haven't been able to get any concrete view on the one thing I am interested in. Has ATI resolved Eyefinity+Crossfire yet ...

Re: Eyefinity Settings for Far Cry 2?
I got into FC2 recently, and with my old monitors (1280x1024 each) I had no issue running 3840x1024, but then that was using the TH2Go digital through a HD 5870.
However, I've not so far been successful getting Eyefinity working with my new 5760x1200 setup as I don't have the requisite DP-DVI ...

Re: Quad [4x1] layout using dual TH2Go(DE)+Eyefinity
Well, I did some further testing... from my observations it seems that ATI's drivers don't appear to build a unique resolution from the available monitor specifications, as implied by the Eyefinity setup guide from ATI..
Instead, it seems the Eyefinity drivers may have a list of acceptable ...
