fully centered is the way to go, absolutely....I never liked having to look ALL THE WAY over to see my stats.
It might be heresy to some, but single player RPG's need fully customizable HUD's the way some of the big MMO's do it.

so nope, that doesn't work......
even using an "empty" .nif file still results in the bugged scope display. This indicates that it's an un-moddable feature caused by the game engine itself, and not a result of any properties of the .nif file.
