I can confirm 5040 x 1050 with Catalyst 10.2 .
I have a 4870X2. In case it helps..
I did a fresh installation using a 4th monitor. After I installed all necessary drivers, I installed PowerDesk.
Then I connected the USB cable to my TH2GO (DVI Edition) and then the 3 monitors ...
