Just to confirm, these are cumulative, correct? As long as you get the latest, there is no need to track down old ones. And, if you have to reinstall your OS or clean sweep the driver, no need to do incremental applications, correct?

This is guesswork but I'm sure ATI and Nvidia work with developers at some point before release to get the games running as well as possible on their hardware. If the game has licensed an engine which ATI/Nvidia are already familiar with (Unreal, etc) then I'd imagine getting the profiles ready ...

Single and multi-gpu profiles are included in the driver releases we download every month (9.12, 10.1, etc). They are internal to the driver and not visible in CCC. They load automatically when the game is launched.

The release notes (PDF) make for grim reading. Check out the end of page 5/start of page 6. Points 2,3 and 5 won't exactly fill people who are on the fence about eyefinity with confidence :shock: . Thanks for the reply. I think i will just take the chance and get that dell screen as center monitor. I have the hd 5970 so there is no BIOS flash mods.
But reading topics with pople having less problems with a native diplayport screen, seems to be the way to go then.
