Re: Problem with the 4th screen.
check the properties on the monitor or device connected t that port and make sure its running at 60hrtz or what ever.
My tv gets "clocked down" to 30 hrtz during setup for some reason and it'll refuse to properly display. Changing it back to 60hrtz fixes it.

have you upgraded the firmware?
do you have bezel management setup?
does it do this in every resolution?
how does it preform in single monitor mode?

Re: Don't Count out this 23" for 5040x1050
i still think the better route is to hunt down a dell rep and get some 2209wa IPS panel monitors at 212 a pop plus tax, shipped.
much better monitors and handle the viewing angles much more efficiently then most TN panels.

Re: OMG what a complete cluster.
yea see i'm not sure on the nvidia side of the house.
but with the cat 9.11 drivers i have everything up and running beautifully
i think MOST of what you have read is last years crap.
i'm running 3x1680x1050x59hz just fine on my 2209wa monitors.
everything is working perfectly.

Re: First day on eyefinity
any dual gpu near the 4ghz mark will handle most games for you. you dont NEED an i7, thats bull.
get the new drivers, 9.12 is supposed to support CROSSFIRE and eyefinity.
that will enable the 2nd GPU when you play games and should get you more FPS in crysis as well.
