I had this problem last night. Both ingame and out of game though. I was able to fix it ingame by disabling hardware cursor. However, this created a lot of input lag. Also, when i exited the game the issue was there again.

Is there any way I can know for sure that the adaptor is bad? I'd hate to spend a week sending it in and another getting it back just to find out the monitors I have simply wont play nice.

So.. I finally got my triple head set up running (Eyefinity). And everything works fantastic with one giant exception... Whichever monitor is connected to my Dell Active display port adaptor will randomly blankout in the middle of games. Sometimes it would go well over an hour without this problem ...

Honestly the performance isn't BAD.. it's just not silk like it was at 1920x1080 on my 55" LCD. I'm thinking of getting the new MSI Big Bang motherboard when it comes out. I finally figured it out. Turns out i'm an idiot. I was using 2x VGA cables with DVI adaptors. Went ahead and picked up three DVI-D cables at my local big blue box. Works like a champ now! I don't know if this was mentioned somewhere, but Eyefinity does not like VGA cables. Now my only problem is ...

Currently the desktop resolution is set to 3840 x 1200. It just dawned on me that the native res of each monitor is 1680 x 1050.. so the desktop SHOULD be at 3360 x 1050. That isnt an option in the eye finity settings.. it seems to think that each monitor does 1920 x 1200. I'm not sure what to do at ...
