You can use these temp fixes in the mean time, I can actually play the game now (I think it's better than the first one) with decent FOV until the patch comes out. Here are a few fixes.

Custom resolution, open SawEngine.cfg and search for ResX and ResY values. Change to what you want.

ResX=1920
ResY=480
