Video playback
Without using something to combine my three displays into one virtual one, is there any way to get the playback stretched across multiple screens?

I'm interested; but unless you can knock a few hundred off the price it's out of my budget.

Re: My Monitor keeps going out ? ? ?
I've got the Saphire adapter shown above, but it won't work with my XFX 5870. I tried flashing my card with the 2010-03-04 bios from techpowerup, but didn't help.
If I have the DP adapter connected at startup the BIOS and windows boot/login screen will appear as long as it is one of two or ...

Displayport-compatible screens needed for Eyefinity?
A synopsized Q&A thread (possibly locked so only the mods could post on it) with all the information given out in this one would be nice; but only having one or two threads to look at instead of dozens would make things easier for people to keep track of.

I found Dave's post on the other thread; although what it was doing in the non-eyefinity Q&A thread is another question entirely.
I missed the quoted version because this thread'd gotten so long I was only reading posts by Dave/Sunspot as a noise filter.

Triple monitor arm for 4960x1600 resolution
Does anyone sell an arm that would mount 2x20 and 1x30" lcds? Failing that could I get one that would be able to hold the 30 and one of the 20's without stability problems from the unbalanced weight?

Displayport-compatible screens needed for Eyefinity?
You've made it clear that 3xDVI support on a single GPU isn't going to happen for cost reasons related to the additional hardware needed; but that's not the only way to get 3+ DVI clocks in a single system. Could EF support 3+x DVI when combined with crossfire, or is there a requirement that all the ...

[quote]I don't think anyone here is asking for ATi to do a "no extra cost" value add feature. I think what most of us are saying is that there should be some variation of the card that does away with DP and uses all DP+ that we'll happily pay the premium for over having to deal with active adapter ...
