I have a 4 screen set up running with 3 * Dell2407's and a 42 inch LG LCD.
The only way I could do what your asking is to add in another gfx card to run the 42inch.
As I don't need the 42 inch to do much in way of hard core stuff I dropped in a ATI Radeon 3450 Passive cooled. Whereas I run ...

Problem With TripleHead2Go and FSX 2D View
Just tried FSX on my set up and have encoutered exactly the smae problem as mentioned abov with no 2d view. Thebest I can get is to press the W key which gives partial system details.
Hope someone out there can find a fix for this.

Thats seems to sum it up.
Didn't use the supplied cable initially as it is short and didn't reach to the part of the desk I wanted to place the triple head on, so used the long one I had in the back of the PC. The used the short one to get to the monitor.

Solved the problem. Thought I'd update the post with answer just in case anyone else comes across this in future.
