I've been reading the Matrox Compatibility Website and it says "5040x1050 (3x 1680x1050) resolution is available under Windows XP, and under Windows Vista with Nvidia 182 or older driver. Under Windows Vista with the 185 driver the maximum supported resolution is 4320x900 (3x 1440x900)."
