I'm not lazy, done a lot of research - have become frustrated trying to decide which nVidia card to upgrade from my current GTX260.

Since adding a THTGO digital and (3) 24" Samsung 240 monitors (5040x1050), I've noticed quite a frame rate hit in rFactor and GTR2.

I'm running (3) Samsung 240 monitors. With my first 240, 1920x1200 was superb, but 5040x1050 w/ (3) monitors is almost as nice in most sims.

Have an Intel I7, Asus MB, 6gb DDR3, 850w PS and an nVidia GTX260.

5040x1050 caused a pretty fair frame rate hit but most sims are still OK ...

Run THTGO w/ (3) 24" Samsungs at 5040x1050 - install and setup (182 drivers) was easy but FPS took a noticeable hit.

In rFactor and GTR2, many tracks w/ 25 cars FPS now dip below 50. I'm currently trying to decide between a 2nd 260 in ...

If you are running XP just install the drivers, if Vista or Win7.. good luck. There are several people who ave managed it, look at the stickies and search the threads.
