Hello..... I'm expriencing skippy framerate by using 24" monitor to play Counter-Strike with 4:3 aspect ratio (2 black sides). With this setting I have only 60Hz refreshrate on 1024x768 but this monitor is telling me that it is using 1920x1200 @ 60Hz on monitor info. I'm new to widescreen monitor an...
