Has anyone figured out how to set a custom resolution? I want to set it up for a 1280x1024 next to a 1680x1050 so the resolution would be 2960x1024.

I tried editing the left4deadcfgvideo.txt and videodefaults.txt but both seem to be overwritten when you run the game.
