Re: Sonic Adventure 2 PC (Triple Monitors / Eyefinity / Surr

Sadly Dolphin widescreen support is broken now compared to the initial release everyone saw featured here on WSGF. Menu's and items are now stretched and often times menus are not centred also. So anyone dying to play Sonic Adventure 2 in eyefinity should buy the PC version.

I don't remember having ...

I had it set to Manual

I had it set to Manual previously, then I turned Auto resolution on. It was almost perfect, the HUD swapped to being off centre by just a couple of pixels. Atleast I know now thanks to your post I can tinker around and adjust it if I want. Once again, thankyou for your efforts! I cant wait to get ...

Thanks for the fix Helifax! I

Thanks for the fix Helifax! I hadnt even played Skyrim due to not having my Eyefinity rig up and running - now that it is the fix is working nice :) Like a few have set, the interface seems to be offset to the right a little for me but I can live happily with that :)

Thanks again for all ...

I tested both NVIDIA Surround and AMD Eyefinity for native support.

There is absolutely no NVIDIA Surround support natively.

AMD Eyefinity works almost perfectly but with one issue. If you use bezel compensation, the in-game HUD will not be centered. However, all of the menus, cutscenes ...

March to April is the current

March to April is the current release schedule for the Nvidia mid range cards. Supposedly the test samples went out last week so should be atleast 6 weeks before they launch from that date. The 680 is expected another couple of months after that. Thats about as much solid info as we got for a ...

I dont hate Origin but I dont

I dont hate Origin but I dont love it either. Right now it works, it does what its meant too and im sure it will improve, and im downloading games up to 3x faster than on Steam. I have a gripe with not being able to backup my games but once again - a work in progress I would hope. And the fact I ...

Will this fix screw up

Will this fix screw up Eyefinity setups? Tempted to give it a try and see if I like it with the centered HUD but everything else is perfect already. Anyone tried it?

Running on my 7970 at

Running on my 7970 at 5992x1200 was pretty smooth. There where only 1-2 instances where I noticed the frames dip but im relegating that to poor programming or the current shoddy 7970 driver.. All the combat areas with lots happening ran smooth as.

What setup are you using?

What setup are you using? Running Eyefinity here and the FOV feels exactly the same as ME2's so far to me, menus and everything work fine.

I dunno what the issue is

I dunno what the issue is with the FOV? Was perfectly fine to me!! Just played through the entire demo and loved every minute of it. As for the menu, is it worth the hassel? Honestly - the health bars etc, the most important stuff is already on the middle screen. IMO this demo is near close to ...

Your not alone, my Sapphire

Your not alone, my Sapphire 7970 is doing it too and im using the same connector setup, but considering there is limited driver support out there right now im sure it will be resolved (hopefully) in the next release.

Normally I just get tearing in games with Vsync off but im getting it in ...

Re: Metro 2033

nope, still 12:3 aspect ratio in 1680x1050

Go to the first page of the topic and the last post.. you shall find the answer there. The game sets you up with a 3 screen setup and you have to edit the .cfg file to return it to a normal 1 screen solution. Of note make sure to read page 2 as it ...

Re: Metro 2033

Well I dunno if its my 260GTX physx card or the 10.3a drivers - but I literally cant get metro to run if my matrox is hooked up. If I setup my GTX as the main screen it loads and looks fine, if I load it up on my Matrox setup it minimizes. Took off the matrox and managed to get it to load then, but ...
