I am running this game in 4320x900 on three 19" screens with a GTX295.
I have found that scaleHUD 0.333333 gives me double weapons renderings on the center screen. So basicely it looks as if the player is having 4 arms, when using double pistols (4 pistols with the double rendering ...

Sorry, can´t really help you with the TH2GO Problem there, but I remembered that I also had an XBOX360 and used a VGA cable for my monitor.
You won´t see any difference in quality. I bet there is the same kind of cable for PS3. So, just in case this wouldn get fixed, u could use 3 DVI to DVI ...

Just to conclude this - it was the Triple Head Box itself, which had an error. Got it replaced. Now everything looks fine.
