I`ve found a solution. I`m playing now in 1600x1200 and simultaneously forcing my HDTV to stretch the image.
By the way: If you have an ATI Card, make sure to disable Adaptive AA, it makes some textures to disappear/be transparent! |

| Hi guys My PC is connected to a HDTV via HDMI (therefore digital signal) and I want to play Freelancer on it. Unfortunately widescreen is not supported and the usual hacks do not work properly. I`ve tried the stretch hack from this site and also Tekagi`s, but everytime my HUD and menus get f***** up... |
