I had the same problem in Warcraft 3. I'm using a 28" HannsG HG281 monitor. My graphic is a very old ATI X1050. Thought it should be the graphic card, because I setted fit scaling in my catalyst control center, but nothing changed and all the registry hacks (you can find this solution ...
