Ok, I have confirmed that the BenQ FP202W AND BenQ G2000W are able to run 5040x1050 without any foreseeable problems.

Not sure about these particular montiors... I've seen some of the 24" models have problems... I have two BenQ G2000W monitors that are supposedly able to handle 1680x1050 themselves, as well as a BenQ FP202W that I can run 1680x1050 without problems. Can anyone confirm if they're known to work or ...

With my ATI Radeon 4870 the best I can do is 1440x900x3. It just won't give me the option to go higher, but I'm sure that's nothing new.

As for cables, picture 5 feet wide, a foot deep and a couple feet high and that's how much cabling I have, I tied em up neatly at first but just gave up when I had to redo the lot every change.
