Are there any solutions for running emulators at high resolutions? I tried to play some of my emulators on my 1440x900 LCD but whenever I tried to go into full screen mode, the emulator crashed. I tried several NES emulators, a Genesis emulator, and a NeoGeo emulator. What emulators are capable of ...

I am using a DVI cable, but I don't see that option in the nVidia control panel.

I have version 1.5.2400.10

In the nVidia control panel under Display I see:
Run Display Optimisation Wizard
Change Resolution
Adjust Desktop Colour Settings
Rotate Display
Manage Custom Resolutions ...

Most, actually I think all, of those games have pre-rendered 2D backgrounds. Unfortunately, that means there's no way to play those games in widescreen. With 3D games you have always have an internal representation of the entire world and you're basically just changing how much you can see of it ...

I have several DreamCatcher/Adventure Company games and I have found absolutely zero information on running these games in widscreen. (My display is 16:10 1440x900)
