A while ago I remember reading that to achieve a resolution of 5040x1050, you would need an extra DVI cable in addition to the normal setup. Is this still correct?
I think it was a dual-link DVI - Analogue cable of some sort.

Thanks
Michael

Hi Michael, you must first setup your system in multidisplay via powerdesk : in short turn on all your display's : than you will find the bezelmanagement under GXM Have alrerady done that and it has been running for some years now. Losing bezel management is a new thing and I do not have GXM menu i...

At some point, probably after last Matrox update, I lost my bezel management. There is no menu to find in Matrox PowerDesk for this utility anymore. How could this happen and how to get it back? I have Matrox PowerDesk version 1.09.0031.0521 2.07.00 GXM. Graphics card is Nvidia GTX480 on latest driv...

I have 4 monitors on my GTX280 with 3 for TH2Go at 3840x1280 and 1 at 1680x1050. I also use Win 7 64. When I maximise FSX on the TH2Go monitors the fourth monitor goes dark. I do not want to run FSX in windowed mode, so is there anything I can do about this to get the fourth monitor to display norma...

I am considering going from XP 32 to Win 7 64. And I am currently trying to be sure that I can run my present hardware/software on the new OS, of which TH2Go is very important to me. I have seen some posts of ppl running Win 7 32 but not 64, so thanks for your reply. Any problems installing TH2Go on...

I fully admit that my comment on Matrox and resolutions are purely based on my lack of technical knowledge in this area, and no rant was intended.

I still enjoy my 3840*1024 nonetheless :D

That might be it of course. Just weird though that both GXM test and NVidia shows this resolution as viable. And another thing, I think its sad that Matrox makes new higher resolutions available only for some monitors. Investing in 3 monitors is not something you do every month or everytime Matrox r...

My screens go black whenever I try to change resolution from 3840*1024 to 5040*1050, although both my NVidia Control Panel have this resolution (custom) as well as the Matrox compatibility test. This is the same for both for my desktop, FSX and Eve Online. I have just purchased Matrox TH2Go Digital ...

Monitors in FSX should actually be able to support a dual purpose: 1. Show wide-view detailed scenery. 2. Enable use of VC panels witout any distortion (use of click-spots). As far as I have read until now on various forums, item #1 should be best with larger monitors, but then fulfilling item #2 mi...

I am currently planning to buy TH2Go digital and 3 monitors.
Any recommendations with regard to the 'ideal' monitor size for TH2Go?
I was thinking of 3 x 24'...

It is to be used for Flight Simulator X under Windows XP and Nvidia 8800 Ultra graphic card.

Thanks
Michael
