I'm not quite sure you are correct on all 22in monitors being TN panels...but I do know not all 22in monitors are 6bit. You can still get a great 8bit in a 22in monitor such as the Planar PX2210 or even the Samsung 206BW from what i've read and what maximumpc states is that it's not a 6bit. However ...
