But any way, I still can't see the heading "Change flat panel scaling," I even deleted my previous driver to avoid a mix-up. :(

Aww.. c'mon. :( Anyone have any idea why the "fixed aspect ratio" or any related options aren't available on my computer? Or any information on "pillar-boxing" games?

I recently purchased a Seanix 22" LCD monitor along with a GeForce GTX 260 and I'm tearing my hair out trying to fix Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin. While the game itself runs just fine on Vista, I can't get it to run beyond 1280 x 1024, instead of my default 1680 x 1050 setting, which results...
