I have just done the extra wide screen firmware upgrade and although my video card settings are at their absolute basic mode it seems to be ok after one flight.

I have tried a new video card - an XFX 9800 GX2 and that didn't fix the problem.

No one has been able to help me with this problem and I have nowhere else to go - even Matrox Support have only suggested I come here rather then help fix my problem.
My hardware is:
1 x Gigabyte GA-EX38T-DQ6
1 x Intel E8500 Core 2 Duo Processor
2 x Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) PC-12800 ...

I have a TrackIR sitting in the cupboard somewhere but when I got it I found it very hard to master - perhaps I should give it another go.
