tried the new 174.82 now but still the same... well that's very disappointing

i wish there existed a patch, too.

but well i can't do anything more than i did and i'm fed up with this shit. tried all of the popular workarounds with no sucess.

I use the new 174 drivers for my 8800GT in Vista 32 and scaling with fixed ratio works perfectly.

Do u also have SP1? Did u do sth special do get it working?

Or did u just go to flatscreen scaling menu and selected sth.. and it saves ur setting?

Well u can download the 174.74 beta drivers on nvidia website. it does support 8800gt otherwise i would not have been able to install them?!

Why i chose this one is the fact, the it performs much better than 169.25 on high resolutions.
