One of the guys in my COD4 Clan is running a TH2GO Digital with an ATI card (4850 Saphire) and isn't kicked from our COD4 server (Punkbuster).
Anyone else able to try COD4 and confirm?
This is all i was waiting for to purchase if that's the case.

Hey Dope & crew,
Any reason to think it'll meet PB approval in the near future? As much as I like my triple 20's, I may just go the route of a single wide screen for now.
Thanks!

| It's already leaked on 'other' sites but the official release for ClubSLI members is available now. I haven't run it yet but the download is 283MB. *Note that this patch download does not work with STEAM distributed COD4. Steam clients will have to wait for that distribution method. **As always, bac... |

They are talking about Battlefield in that aspect. This isn't a response to Call of Duty 4. :o
My inquiry to Evenbalance was specifically regarding COD4; i just didn't post the whole ticket. |

| This was a response to my inquiry to Evenbalance regarding DF's WSF app: 05/07/2008 02:06:49 - "***_****" Note #4: Most versions of this application work without issue. However there was one version from quite some time ago that did trigger a violation. He has worked with us to try and make this not... |

| Yeah, I'm still getting my development environment back up since reinstalling. As soon as it's back up, this will be the first thing I do. And after that, I'll finish up getting Frontlines and Vegas 2 working. Then I'll be adding some other games. There's a big list on my hand. ;) Actually Dope, th... |

| Well, yeah, it should still kick you for that. ;) I said I might release a version without the HUD correction, which should let you play online. :P Since it's not out yet, it will still kick you. I'll second, third and fourth the request to release a non-HUD corrected version! Most of us who play C... |

| [quote]If you scroll down a bit you will see the six page CoD4 in TH thread, at the moment PB is kicking you if you use Dopefish's excellent widescreen fixer. You can obviously use the WSF for SP (and it is awesome) but unless punkbuster changes something or DF issues an update to the WSF you are st... |

Almost all of my game time is spent online; lately on COD4.
Anyone running TH2GO and COD4 Multiplayer?
I'm concerned about whether PunkBuster detects the resolution as a 'hack' and kicks when detected. As much as I want to play in triple I'd hold if I can't play COD4 online with the TH2GO. |

| Personally, I'd get the DTH2Go with your 8800. My 7950 pushes what I play just fine. I'd imagine the 8800 would do even better. It won't push Crysis at max DTH2Go, but not much will. Depends on what you like to play. Thanks for the feedback Ibrin. I'm mostly into FPS and I haven't tried Crysis yet.... |

Borrowed an 8800GT from a friend; running in SLI.
Sweet juniper berries in July this is nice.
haven't run any benches but completely smooth play w/all settings high and 1600x1200 in COD4 (i know, COD doesn't push the engine). But it's all i'm playing at the moment. |

Was $179 after MIR last night and is $199 after MIR today :( |

Sli disables all but one monitor of the 4 outputs, not 1 on each card.
Yes, that is what I understand. |

| I just may give the softTH a try since it won't cost me anything but time and tweaking. I am ordering the second 8800GT to do SLI; just can't pass that up. I'll try it in non-SLI and see how it drives the SoftTH. I googled some video on a couple posts showing softTH and I didn't like the lag the two... |

| I have three Dell 2001FP’s on an Ergotron arm. Used to push them with a Parhelia(AGP), then a Parhelia Apve(PCI-Express) with the hope that Matrox would continue developing SGU for the Parhelia. Unfortunately, the Par is just too hardware and DirectX limited. It did give me enough of a taste to kn... |
