Is your cable a Dual-Link DVI cable?
Had a bit of a challenge myself when first hooking up TH2Go. Turned out to be my single link DVI cable from a previous monitor I was too lazy to extract from my rat's nest of wiring. :?
Although a warning may exist somewhere, I didn't easily find it ...
