Here's the UniWS patcher, you should be able to repatch your dxwrap.dll file with this to whatever res you want.
Select Tiger Woods 2004 option, point it to your tiger woods 2007/bin/dxwrap.dll file and patch it. It works on my 1680 x 1024 widescreen ...
