Thanks for the replies Skid. Kinda sucks that I can't do what I want but it'll be cheaper for me to buy 3 nice 24's or even 28's that run at 1920X1200 anyway. Plus I'd still have my sweet 30" for another machine or as a 4th (2nd) monitor :)

This is running on a single ATi 5870 !

Is anyone here running that high a resolution over 3 monitors ?
A friend of mine is powering 3X27's (but at 1920X1200) with a single 5870 and getting a steady 60+ FPS in all titles over 3 screens
So I thought I may be able to drive the 30's with a 5970 ? Just a thought

I currently have a decent gaming system. I run a single LG W3000H 30" IPS Panel @ 2560X1600
At the moment I have 2 nVidia GTX280's in SLI.
I am looking at picking up 2 more LG 30's to run a multi monitor surround gaming environment on.

I could wait until nVidia releases the new drivers to ...

OK, so now what ? I picked up a trio of 24's, they're sitting behind me brand new in the boxes. Should I set them up and download and run SoftTH ?
I know that Soft TH will not work with SLI, so I'll have to run all 3 monitors off of one card and my second GTX will be wasted as just a passthru for ...

I'm currently facing a similar quandry as yourself but I think making my decision a little harder is the fact that a few years back I had a Triple Head 2 Go setup and it is a fantastic setup ...

Don't hold your breath for SimBin to even answer an e-mail or forum post let alone change anything at the request of their customers.
I can honestly say they have the worst, by far customer support ... actually they don't because they have no customer support, they just ignore people ... period ...

I saw the resolution in that file 3 times ... changed them all to desired rez, then changed desktop to 1280X1024.
Started game, same thing, opens in a window .... fully playable but in a small box ... LAME !

Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm a dumb ass but when I change my desktop rez to 1280 X 1024 to use a single monitor and then set the rez to the same in the game settings, the game starts in a window and I can't seem to maximize it at all.
I'm really hoping that I've totally overlooked something ...

Just purchased and installed WIC and patched to the latest version (1.3) I understand that in this version Massive has added support for TH2G resolutions. Kudos to Massive :)

The only trouble I see with any of these stands is that all the monitors are mounted side by side essentially doubling up on the bezel width on each side of the center monitor.

My system is an Athlon 6000+, 2 Gigs PC6400 and an 8800 GTX. I run RFactor, L4S, Race and GTR2 on my TH2G setup all at max settings and all at 3840 X 1024 and they run smooth as silk.
The only issue I have had so far is that GTR2 will not run at 3840 X 1024 online for whatever reason (Matrox were ...

I have played with the zoom from within the sim and zoomed all the way out while in the VC but I still can't seem to get back far enough. I have a few FS nuts as friends and will be asking them if I can manually edit some .cfg file to allow a greater level of zoom.
