Well, lots of time since last post, but since I had issues with both Flatouts on AMD Athlon X2 system with WinXP SP2. Game hanged at random moments, I'll post my solution anyway (since it worked):

About controls. Its not too sensitive. Ran game in ultra and medium settings. In ultra first impression was that its way too sensitive. Crashes on everything but native
Hi,
day ago I played around with hack, game ver. 1.2. The result is that game will not start, crashes just before EA logo should appear. This happens with all resolutions but native one - 1680x1050.
With native I get smooth framerates, obviously vert- and run it on AMD X2 +4000 (65W), 2GB ...
