HELP - Monitors "out of range" at 3840x1024 at 60H

I don't think so. They work fine without the TH2Go at 1280x1024 @ 60Hz.

HELP - Monitors "out of range" at 3840x1024 at 60H

Yes. All three monitors work quite happily as the sole 1280x1024 monitor (at 60Hz) without the TH2Go in circuit.

I have three brand new fresh out of the box YURAKU MJ9C 19" monitors. If I use them at 3072x768 @75Hz, they work fine, but if I try to set the resolution to 3840x1024 @ 60Hz, they all give the "out of range" error.

If I substitute any monitor for a spare LG I have, the LG works fine.

Please, does anybody know how to set up X-plane 8.6 so that I get a full cockpit instead of the Left Hand Side only?

Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory ... TripleHead

Hi Paddy,
The story so far...

I contacted Matrox yesterday & so far ... Not a peep from them!!!!

I also contacted YURAKU and had an almost immediate response - I have just told them that I substituted an LG Flatron L1915S for each of the YARAKU monitors at 1280x1024 @60Hz & it worked ...

Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory ... TripleHead

Hi Paddy,

Yes I see what you mean - if it works for you, it should for me. Anyway I've registered with Matrox & left a request with their support - I'll keep you posted.

I must say though that it does worry me that no-one else seems to have had a similar problem - that points to my TH2G ...

Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory ... TripleHead

Do I call you Paddy? Or should it be the full Moniker? I'm fairly new to forum life so please excuse any gaffes.

Anyway, thanks for the prompt response I tested my monitors - well one of them actually, and it worked fine at 1280x1024x32bpcx60Hz WITH & WITHOUT Matrox included in the circuit ...

slightly off topic, but HHHHEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!

Hi Paddy,
After seeing your pictures, I sold my children in lifelong servitude & bought a matrox tripleheadtogo & 3 YURAKU MJ9C monitors with the proceeds.

The nub of my problem is that I want to run my screens at 3840 x1024 but can't.

I currently have the set up at 3072x768 32bit ...
